Your award check will be made out to the college you will be attending. In order for us to
cut the check, we need you to send us the form you received at the Awards Ceremony. If you
cannot locate the form, a sample form is here. Checks will be
issued at the end of July for all forms received by July 15, 2008. To ensure a timely receipt,
please return your form as soon as possible.

Collegiate Partners
Collegiate Partners® support the ongoing work of Scholarship America® and its community-based, volunteer-driven Dollars for Scholars program. Dollars for Scholars chapter scholarships brought to these campuses are used first to fill any unmet student need. If there is no unmet need, the Collegiate Partners agree to use up to $2,500 of a scholarship to reduce the self-help portion (loan, work-study, etc.) of the package. Some Collegiate Partners will also match Dollars for Scholars scholarships up to a specific dollar amount.
