CSF of Bedford extends a warm thanks to the student volunteers who helped make the 2010 CSF Phone-a-Thon a ringing success!!!

One hundred and twenty nine BHS students participated in the 2010 CSF Phone-a-Thon Scholarship fund drive held at MITRE Corporation. The students received 1,110 pledges amounting to $36,644. This is almost $2000 more than last year! Those households that could not be reached will receive letters requesting a donation so final contributions are expected to exceed $48,000. Thank you to all the student volunteers for another successful Phone-a-Thon!!!

• Collegiate Partners
  Collegiate Partners® support the ongoing work of Scholarship America® and its community-based, volunteer-driven Dollars for Scholars program. Dollars for Scholars chapter scholarships brought to these campuses are used first to fill any unmet student need. If there is no unmet need, the Collegiate Partners agree to use up to $2,500 of a scholarship to reduce the self-help portion (loan, work-study, etc.) of the package. Some Collegiate Partners will also match Dollars for Scholars scholarships up to a specific dollar amount.
